The Smart Touch Wall - the first of its kind created for Edelman HQ in NYC

Smart Touch Wall

When the world's largest PR firm needed its new headquarters to embody modern communication, we transformed its lobby into a living digital canvas. The Smart Touch Wall, the first of its kind, created an environment where visitors could experience—not just observe—how technology reshapes storytelling.

Space & Experience Design

The Smart Wall reimagined the corporate lobby as an interactive canvas where information becomes environment. Visitors encountered a responsive digital surface that seamlessly blended company messaging, global news streams, and real-time social media analytics—all elegantly integrated into the architectural space of 250 Hudson Street.

Background & Context

Rather than pushing traditional corporate messaging, the wall served as a living demonstration of Edelman's philosophy: communication isn't static, it's responsive. The technology allowed content to evolve throughout the day, reflecting changing conversations happening across media platforms worldwide.

The design challenge extended beyond the technical. How do you create a digital experience that feels like a natural extension of the physical space? Our solution balanced ambitious technology with thoughtful restraint, ensuring the wall enhanced rather than dominated the visitor experience.

Years after installation, the Smart Wall continues to serve as a benchmark for how technology can transform corporate environments from passive spaces into dynamic communication platforms.
